The American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (“ABA ROLI”) is a non-govern mental organization of the American Bar Association, which for 25 years has promoted the rule of law world wide in collaboration with local partners. ABA ROLI’s J/TIP program is two-year program that works to strengthen the capacity and coordination of ASEAN and ASEAN Member States to effectively address trafficking of persons in the region through harmonization of laws and stronger prevention and protection measures.
The Program is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the TIP Program activities.
General Purpose of Job: To support the programmatic mission of ABA ROLI’s ASEAN J/TIP program by assisting with administrative and logistical aspects of the program.
Duties: Assists with administrative and logistical aspects of program events; runs business related errands such as delivery or pick up of documents, workshop materials, etc.; performs various administrative and clerical duties in the office; other duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma, or equivalent experience, required.
Experience and skills: Oral and written English language skills at a level necessary to perform job tasks and responsibilities. One year of experience in an office environment. Organized, with ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
